HR Advisor

A market-leading commercial real estate firm is looking for an HR Advisor to join their Business Unit team.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Reporting to ab HR Business Partner

  • Working closely with the HR Business Partner to design and implement key HR initiatives/projects and ensure these are embedded successfully

  • Provide day to day proactive HR advisory support to employees and managers

  • Partner with specific business areas to communicate and translate HR strategies into business

  • Manage employee relations case work end to end, including grievances, disciplinaries, TUPE and mediation

  • Manage redundancies and exits from the business

  • Taking a lead role in recruitment interviews for external candidates and internally for promotion

  • Engaging with the managers and the recruitment team on the recruitment process including the sign off on roles

  • Enthusiasm to be involved in key company change projects and company initiatives

This person will:

  • Be customer-focused

  • Have strong interpersonal skills

  • Have very strong attention to detail

  • Understands and appreciates the importance of discretion

  • Be degree educated (2:1+) or equivalent

  • CIPD qualified

  • Have experience within a professional service environment

  • Have TUPE experience
