My client are a leading Fintech business in the property space who are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their London HQ. You will be part of a lean People team focussing on their non-tech roles including credit risk, capital markets, finance and other corporate functions. Experience recruiting within the finance space is needed.
This role is highly delivery focussed so you must have credible experience in a strong delivery-led internal recruitment role. You will be data driven and have a natural interest in tracking data in order to report back to the Chief People Officer on recruitment activity and changes. You will own the full end to end recruitment process and be happy to role up your sleeves when it comes to getting the operational aspects of recruitment done. This isn't for someone highly reliant on administrators!
You will come from a medium to large size business with an interest in joining a smaller business who are going through growth. Another part of this role will involve taking part in projects and bringing new ideas to the table. They are a highly flat structured business, so very non-hierarchal.
