Your new role
This is a career defining opportunity to redevelop the HR business area from the ground up, creating a high performing and productive function facilitating the future growth potential for this privately owned business.
You will have direct responsibility for the organisations UK operations HR and L&D requirements and provide HR support to multiple overseas sites.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the the businesses people strategy, furthering a culture of high people performance and engagement across the organisation. You will manage a HR and L&D team with the opportunity to develop these areas as required, whilst working closely with the Senior Leadership Team providing guidance and direction to grow a highly effective HR function.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience leading the HR team of a complex organisation, with the ability to develop a function with a commercial focus. You should be confident creating an organisational framework, policies and procedures with a consideration for business ambition, but also be capable of influencing at a senior level.
This role will require both operational and strategic input, needing a deep understanding of all facets of a HR function. Your experience and knowledge will provide you with the ability to offer a solutions based approach, as you confidently guide the Senior Leadership Team and the business towards having a high performing, value adding HR function.
