Currently working in Talent Acquisition within consumer goods? My client, a leading global consumer goods brands is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team based in Watford.
This highly regarded consumer brand is known for supplying high quality products on a global scale to their direct consumers. They have a broad portfolio of retail stores within the UK and wider Europe and are undergoing an exciting transformation project to further their e-commerce platform.
Securing the best talent in the industry is imperative to the success and expansion of this much-loved brand. This role will manage a team of 2 recruiters responsible for delivering hires across the retail division of the business, while you will focus on head office hires and driving the TA agenda.
You will assess current ways of working and recruitment methodologies, suggest changes and implement new process and establish best practice for the function, rolling this out across the business.
With a new ATS in place, you will continue to develop best practice and ensure candidates have a positive experience from the first point of contact, through to onboarding. This is a great role for someone wanting to develop their skills further, as you will partner closely with HR on projects around succession planning and workforce planning.
