A global professional services business based in Central London, are currently recruiting for a Reward and Benefits Manager to join them on a permanent full time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity with a reputable brand.
Your new role
As Reward and Benefits Manager you will report into the Head of Reward, and manage two Reward Analysts, one with a focus on compensation and one on benefits. You will be responsible for the cyclical reward activities, managing the annual pay review process, and compensation projects. You will also manage the benefits portal and annual benefits renewals, managing relationships with providers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Reward professional looking to join a fast paced and commercially driven business. You will have demonstrable experience of managing reward projects, as well as pay structures, pay reviews, benchmarking, and job evaluation. You will have a deep understanding of benefits also. To be successful in this role you must be balanced in your compensation and benefits knowledge.
