A renowned not for profit Art Gallery and Museum, based in central London is looking to appoint a HR Manager for an initial 6 month period.
The HR Manager will be the lead for all aspects of the Gallery's temporary and casual workforce and ensuring that the needs of the Gallery's Departments are met by the design and maintenance of appropriate worker and agency worker focused policies, procedures and operations. The HR Manager will be able to ensure that the Gallery's service needs are met and protecting the Gallery from employment status risk and ensuring that the Gallery meets its legal obligations.
The HR Manager will have experience of delivering an in-house staffing service, either in a lead or advisory role delivering a positive customer service with the ability to analyse and interpret a range of information to extract trends and find solutions to potential worker issues.
The organisation is based in central London and attracts many visitors to the Art Gallery and Museum. The organisation houses one of the greatest collections of paintings in the world including works from well known artists, and, is looking to appoint a HR Manager for an initial 6 month period.
