Reward & HRIS Manager

This famous charity, dedicated to the conservation of animals and their global habitats, is now looking to recruit a Reward Manager to join their London office and provide high quality reward, benefits and HR systems management, covering both UK and overseas operations. Working with the Head of HR and the HR Director you will be the in-house specialist on developing the long term reward & benefits strategy, and policy. Key duties will be to develop their reward strategy (working closely with the Head of HR, HR D and senior leadership team) to develop and implement a new pay and benefits roadmap. In addition to the strategic piece, this role will also have responsibility for day-to-day reward management, running the annual pay review process, contribute to pay negotiations with Union and develop representatives and lead on reward related policies. As a result they are looking to meet reward professionals with prior management experience (this role will have three direct reports across reward, HRIS and operations) and proven ability to deliver the end-to-end comp cycle and related reward policy development.
