Your new company
You will be working for a school located in Central London.
Your new role
you will play a crucial role in providing vision and leadership division of the school. Your responsibilities will include: management of all personnel issues within the school (both teaching and support task) and for providing professional skills and specialised subject knowledge to the senior leadership team, staff and governors. Your responsibilities will include: maintenance and monitoring of accurate HR records, recruitment and retention of staff, managing and leading on employee relation matters in addition to leading and managing safeguarding processes in relation to all matters.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working within a school is very advantageous as you will be required to work well independently and take lead in driving the strategic HR plans for the school forward. You will demonstrate excellent experience of delivering an efficient and effective HR service by leading and managing processes and people. As an individual you must be an excellent communicator, professional with integrity, discretion and ability to develop trust with all staff and managers. You will also demonstrate a genuine drive, enthusiasm and creativeness to help the school.
