Part-time HR Manager

A small management consultancy based in London is looking for a Part-time HR Manager to join them. This person will work part-time on a flexible basis (50-80%). This person will be an experienced HR practitioner and interested in an exciting role with an entrepreneurial responsibility.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Full responsibility for implementation of all HR plans, aligned with company strategy

  • Reporting into the Head of Operations

  • Developing, implementing and continuously reviewing policies and practices, aligned with current employment laws

  • Communicating and working closely with stakeholders at all levels - graduates to Senior Management

  • Creating recruitment strategy plans and budget in cooperation with Head of Operations

  • Overseeing new starter induction and leading updates to the onboarding team

  • Maintaining and updating HR system

You will be:

  • Educated to degree level in HR or other relevant areas

  • CIPD qualified

  • Have knowledge of current employee legislation

  • Have a track record of implementing HR strategy

  • Be energetic and enthusiastic

  • Have very strong attention to detail

  • Have proficient IT skills including experience of HRIS, Excel and PowerPoint
