Your new company
Our manufacturing client is recruiting for a HR Officer in Horsham for a 3 month temporary assignment to cover a backlog of work.

Your new role
As a HR Officer you will be working within a team of 3 other HR professionals and supporting them for 3 months after a restructure to assist with a backlog of work. You will be managing the HR inbox, ad hoc HR administration and supporting senior managers with Employee Relations such as grievances.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will need to be a competent HR Officer with at least 2 year of experience within a fast paced HR role. If you have experience within manufacturing or of using Workday will not be essential but ideal.
