This well-established public sector organisation are looking for an HR Advisor to join them on a temporary basis for 3 months initially.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide key support to the HR team and HR Business Partners. You will add value and deliver excellent customer service to the HR team and the wider business.
You will assist in the implementation and delivery of operational plans and strategic goals, and also assist with workforce planning. You will have the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be adept with HR policies and procedures and will be confident liaising with key stakeholders at all levels. You will have experience within a diverse organisation and HR function. You will have up to date employment law knowledge and case management, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
It would be advantageous if you are a current or recent member of the PVG scheme.
