Your new role
This role will support the Head of Reward in undertaking job evaluation,using HAY methodology and other projects.
You will be required to do bench marking, present data confidently and be analytical in your approach.
You will also be required to train and develop a new starter within the Reward team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be analytical and have advanced Excel skills to be considered for this role.
You must have used HAY methodology for job evaluation to be successful.
