In your new role you will provide HR expertise to management and employees on a range of HR disciplines including ER, performance management, compensation, staffing, L&D and HR policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have worked in a generalist role previously, have the ability to build relationships and influence all levels within an organisation and have strong PC skills.
