Global law firm looking for a Senior HR Manager for a 15 month Maternity cover.

Your new role
Joining the HR Generalist team to support across the full employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders within your designated client group (both fee-earner and business service populations) to provide HR guidance and advice. You will support the HR Director (EMEA) to develop and implement HR strategy and work closely with HR specialists to ensure efficient, commercial HR solutions are delivered.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an established HR Business Partner with experience supporting fee-earner and business service populations. You will be experienced in the full employee lifecycle, able to manage both operational and strategic HR. Solid experience with engagement initiatives, salary reviews, ER and talent management are a must.
What you'll get in return
Salary of £70,000 - £75,000 per annum plus benefits.
