Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a well-known energy business who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.
The HR Business Partner will be working as a member of a business leadership team acting as a strategic business partner providing business driven insights to support decision making and determine global/business wide interventions. You will be responsible for supporting effective management of people within the business through the coaching of business leaders and delivery.
You'll need to become a trusted and credible partner for managers - really integrating yourself with their team, and being someone they fully involve in their people decisions. Central to everything is your ability to communicate - with managers, employees and the HR&OD team - to ensure they are delivering an outstanding HR service.
You will be taking a lead on organisation efficiency, modernisation and transformation in their business and acts as a catalyst for change within the business and the HR function. You will be responsible for building HR capability across the function and creating a pipeline of future HR leaders.
