We're working with an entrepreneurial financial services firm on an opportunity for an HR Officer to become their 3rd team member. This business is about to enter a period of growth (doubling size over the next few years and are already 600 globally) and thus this role will be incredibly busy, varied and develop over time.
Supporting the Global HR Manager based in London, you will pick up operational HR responsibilities and support her with projects.
Responsibilities would include:
Acting as first POC for HR queries
Provide advice to managers and employees on HR matters
Manage the UK HR system and input of HR matters for payroll each month
Manage processes for onboarding, pension enrolment, visa checks and permits
Oversee recruitment processes participating in interview selection
Prepare documentation for all matters in the HR lifecycle
Monitor absence, sick leave etc. and support on higher level ER matters
Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects
Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:
Be an experienced HR Assistant (1-2 years working in an HR team)
Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced role and environment
Be confident in managing HR processes and coming up with solutions to continuously improve
