The Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting for a city based conglomerate who are seeking an HR Generalist with a specialist focus on employment relations.
You will be part of a larger HR hub and oversee all generalist duties, ER and Payroll support based in their Head Office.
This busy role will look after the following:
Responsible for HR, ER and Payroll support
Acting as an ER lead and support, Employee relations, TUPE and change projects
Overseeing the payroll and the reward framework including benefits, annual pay cycle and bonus
Internal comms and engagement
A key focus coming in to this role will be to develop and up skill the management population to ensure they are more self-sufficient with their processes and to develop and ensure a strong first line HR support service.
To be considered for this role you will demonstrate the following:
Operational HR experience in a fast-paced growing environment.
Experience of a Retail multi-site organisation.
A proven track record in best practice ER models backed up by strong UK employment law knowledge.
A track record in delivering projects and implementing HR focused initiatives.
Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
