A well known National Charity based in the Vauxhall area is looking to recruit a HR Employee Relations Advisor for an initial 12 month period.
The HR Employee Relations Advisor will be responsible for managing a high case load of employee relations cases and change management to include TUPE and restructures across a given region. The successful candidate will be able to prepare and distribute management reports to senior managers and provide advice and guidance to managers on areas such as absence and sickness.
The HR Employee Relations Advisor will have a strong HR generalist background and extensive high volume case management experience. Previous experience of working for a multi-site organisation would be beneficial.
The organisation is based close to Vauxhall and is well known for providing care and support to individuals and families living with a terminal illness. The organisation is looking to appoint on an initial 12 month contract with an annual salary of £29,500.
