HR Assistant

A global law firm is looking for an HR Assistant to join their team.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Co-ordinate all monthly benefit administration

  • Provide input and ideas into the design of the annual wellbeing programme

  • Support the recruitment manager with recruitment administration responsibilities for associate partner hires

  • Arranging informal work experience placements including related new starter documentation

  • Ensure all monthly reports are filed accordingly

  • Ensure all personal data is processes in line with GDPR

  • Respond to queries and escalate to HR Manager when necessary

This person will:

  • Have generalist HR experience within professional services

  • Be degree educated

  • Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
