Your new company
You will be joining an exciting business who have significantly grown over the past few years and now have a staff base of over 1000 employees. The business has a couple of offices but their main sites being in Manchester and consists of a variety of employees including head office staff and also customer services, call centre staff.
Your new role
You will be responsible for partnering with key business stakeholders, product owners, learners and HR colleagues to truly understand the problems / challenges they are trying to solve and how learning could help. Reviewing existing materials and making recommendations to enhance. Being the learning expert and using this knowledge to produce engaging content that delivers great people experiences and delivers to the agreed business objective, whether that be digital learning or instructor led / classroom learning. Follow up, making sure your connected to stakeholders after go-live of a product, measure, evaluate and shout about success or learn from fails and try again. Working with the direct team and help foster a great learning culture in the business.
Building great relationships and partnering with key stakeholders to design and improve learning solutions at .Evaluating learning solutions to ensure they meet agreed business outcomes and deliver engaging learner experiences. Creating engaging learning products ranging from classroom interventions to digital learning solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
Professional and varied approach to L&D
Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business and its learners
Previous experience within a contact centre environment would be useful
Previous experience of working in L&D / Training role
Previous experience in designing instructor led materials
Previous experience of designing digital learning
Confident user of Adobe Captivate & Articulate 360
Confident user of Adobe Cloud Creative Suite
Confident user of Microsoft Office suite particularly PowerPoint
Experience of working with Learning Management Software
Customer and people centric outlook
Creative and proactive
Clear, concise and engaging presenter
Passionate about achieving tangible commercial results through their role.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a full time permanent role paying up to £30k with up to 10 bonus and the role comes with a company pension and 25 days holiday.
