A UK leading law firm is looking for an internal recruiter to join their team.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Complete the internal sourcing process and present suitably sourced
- Looking at applications to decide whether candidates should progress
- Assessing candidate behaviour profiles
- Interviewing candidates face to face, as required
- Providing telephone feedback to unsuccessful candidates
This person will:
- Have experience working in a legal services environment
- Have strong administrative skills
- Have an interest in the legal sector and understanding the changes
- Be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders
- Have experience of recruitment and the selection process
- Be confident, professional and enthusiastic
- Be educated to degree level (2:1+) or equivalent
