Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global retail organisation who are based in South West London. They are looking for a Recruitment Systems and Reporting Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Recruitment Team Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a super-user of the ATS system (SAP) and ensuring that it is being utilised as efficiently as possible
Responding to any queries and resolving issues regarding the system
Training new users as required
Supporting the team with ad-hoc reporting and presenting the data to make it easy to interpret
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience working with an HR or Recruitment system (preferably SAP and SuccessFactors)
Strong analytical and Excel skills
The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
