It's a true Business Partner job covering a large region from Lancashire up and including the whole of Cumbria, meaning a reasonable amount of travel away and being home based. You will have a very strong, trusted and established centre of excellent for ER, Payroll, L&D and reward support so you will genuinely be offering strategic support to this customer focused client group.
The job involves working with the HR Director for retail to deliver continuous improvement, constant upskilling of the manager population who are already regarded as very self-sufficient and delivering new HR programmes, policies and any further change and restructure.
