A boutique design based firm based in Central London are currently recruiting for a HR Operations Manager with a focus on global mobility to join their 200 strong business on a full time basis.
Your new role
As the company takes on different projects globally, you will liaise with third party vendors, to manage the relocation of staff, from tax, salaries, benefits, and family relocation to ensure a smooth as possible transition to the global projects. A lot of these projects will be in the United States, China, and South East Asia.
As part of the role you will also oversee payroll, liaising with their outsourced payroll company, as well as generalist responsibilities such as employee relations and policies.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a good understanding of global mobility, ideally within the US, China and SE Asia, as you will be the main point of contact and take ownership of this area. You will also have a good understanding of UK payroll legislation, as well as previous generalist experience, and UK employment law knowledge.
You will have experience working for a small business with a flat structure and be comfortable in this environment. It is also important that you can work in a creative, environment with creative employees.
