Oakleaf Partnership are working on an exciting Talent Acquisition Manager role to join a well-established luxury retail company in central London.
The role will be assisting the HRBPs across Corporate, Design and Retail functions, the role offers the opportunity for an operational recruitment expert to drive the Recruitment, offering support and guidance across all subjects related to Talent Acquisition to reinforce the People Strategy. You will play in invaluable role in effectively defining and executing the recruitment strategy, maximising the candidate experience throughout.
The role will be delivering the recruitment strategy and maximising the candidate experience throughout. The role involves taking ownership of the recruitment process, budget tracker, talent pipelining and holding regular status meetings to ensure constant progress throughout. Liaising with various stakeholders in the business to understand their recruitment needs. Help with recruitment costs through talent mapping and utilising multiple channels.
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience of providing a value adding recruitment service within a Luxury retail, FMCG or Fashion organisation
