L&D Officer

In this role you will manage various L&D projects and deliver on different initiatives in accordance with business needs. You will act as the main point of contact for training requirements. As you are a part of a team of two, the company will heavily rely on your expertise. You will be reporting into the Director of Quality & Compliance, who will give you autonomy to make this role your own. This is an exciting time for the business during a busy period of change, meaning you will need to get stuck in and make your own stamp on a growing firm.
