Were seeking a HR Manager / Resourcing Manager who has experience of NHS medical staffing to oversee the smooth running of a Medical Resourcing team.
As a Medical Workforce Manager you will be leading a team of recruitment and resourcing officers who manage medical staffing, rotas, locums and medical staffing recruitment. You will be focused on working with managers to review staffing requirements, identify needs and develop creative approaches to resourcing of medical staffing. A key function of this role will oversee the MHPS (Maintaining High Performance Standards) and clinical excellence awards (CEA's) across junior doctors and medical staffing. Through this process you will need to review progress and coordination identifying challenging issues including managing HR/Employee relations aspects of performance, absence, sickness which can delay/prevent medical staffing.
You will need to be an experienced HR Manager / Resourcing Manager with a background of Medical NHS staffing. You will need in depth background of medical HR practice, MHPS terms and conditions for junior doctors and Clinical Excellence Awards.
Along side this background you will need experience of managing/supervising HR/Recruitment Officers providing a resourcing service.
This is initially a interim contract for 3 months however we are open to permanent applications for £37 - 43,000 if you have suitable experience within Medical Staffing.
