Oakleaf Partnership are working with a financial services business based in Birmingham. The HR Advisor will be based in their lovely Birmingham office and work alongside the Head of HR.
The successful candidate will have a generalist background and be used to creating and updating all HR policies and be used to working in a "hands on" role. Our client is looking for a HR Advisor who has experience in traning and development and ER this would be an advantage for this role.

Generalist candidate across corporate industries
An individual who has experience working grievances and disciplinaries
Traning and Development skills and experience
