A growing global financial services firm with offices in London is looking for a HR Business Partner to join the HR team.
Reporting in to the Head of HR based in Jersey, you will work in a small HR team in London but as part of a larger global HR team in a broad HR generalist role. You will be the most senior HR generalist in the London office and will face off to key stakeholders including some ExCo. You will manage annual HR processes; ER, Policy, Reward, Talent & Development, Recruitment, HR Advisory & HR Ops supported by the specialist teams based in the Channel Islands. Globally the organisation consists of circa 800 employees with circa 45 in the London office.
You will be an accomplished HR Generalist / HR Business Partner with a track record operating in a growing global financial services organisation. Must be comfortable in a leadership facing role operating in a strategic and operational capacity due to the largely standalone HR position with occassional travel to the Channel Islands. Degree and / or CIPD (Level 7 preferred).
