They have an exciting, career changing opportunity and they are looking for a Senior HR Adviser to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.
The role has a broad generalist remit and you will work with your team to deliver on the people strategy, employee experience, lifecycle and HR projects. The role comes with a broad range of responsibility and will see you take the lead on talent cycles and change programmes, coaching of people managers and managing complex ER cases and disciplinaries.
You will bring at least 3-4 years' generalist HR experience in a commercial environment. You will take pride in your work and you will have a desire to coach, mentor and develop your colleagues. You will value teamwork and you will want to work for an organisation who not only creates value for their clients, but also for the community.
