Your new company
Our bluechip public sector client is working with us to look for a HR Associate for their growing HR team, reporting to the HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.
Your new role
In your new role you will be supporting the HR Business Partners in managing employee relations cases, dealing with queries referred by the Business Services team, providing administrative support to the team in support of employee relations cases, projects, employment tribunal preparations, committees and meetings. You will be involved in employee training and updating HR policies and guidance notes. You will be liaising with Payroll on pay queries and records management and be actively involved in projects.
You will receive a salary of circa £30,000 as well as flexible working, staff development, travel loans, childcare onsite, staff activities, 25 days holiday and an excellent pension.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you need to have the ability to build successful professional working relationships, flexible and a can-do approach. You need to have excellent communication and organisation skills and be able to do quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.You must be CIPD level 5/7 qualified or working towards that level.
