Main Purpose of Role
As HR Business Partner you will work closely with the HR Director to provide both operational and strategic partnering across the organisation to influence, lead and embed the People Strategy.
Through partnering with senior business leaders, you will identify and translate key business priorities into strategic people plans, empowering Senior Managers to create a high performing culture.
The HRBP will undertake key strategic HR activities such as leading on and influencing change, analysing key business Management Information and supporting the implementation of HR projects and organisational effectiveness.
This role will work collaboratively with the HR Director and Senior Managers to ensures Business-wide alignment and delivery of HR programmes and a consistent high level of customer service in HR.
You will be responsible for leading the In-House Recruitment function and guide the Regional HR teams to deliver in their roles. You will be responsible for a team of approximately 4-6 heads.
