Oakleaf Partnership are working with a Big 4 consultancy company based in City of London recruiting for a Senior Total Reward Manager. This is a permanent position within a growing team, reporting directly into the Total Reward Director. Providing support two service lines, this is an in house position.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Drive the delivery of annual and ad hoc reward projects dealing with a wide range of stakeholders including Communities of Expertise (CoE), HR and other Senior Service Line stakeholders.

  • Inform the annual review system implementation through strategic decisions agreed with your Service Lines.

  • Perform various project roles to Firm wide reward and benefit projects as well as wider HR projects

  • Engage with various levels of business stakeholders and HR colleagues providing professional and commercially focused reward solutions.

  • Develop high quality and enduring, trusted and impactful relationships with key Stakeholders.

  • Design and deliver the pay and bonus review for respective service line in accordance with Total Reward Strategy and in conjunction with Service Line leaders

  • Working with the Total Reward Director to ensure that the Total Reward Strategy aligns with the Deloitte business and talent strategies.

Experience required include:

  • Dealing with senior stakeholders and influencing reward discussions through proven expertise

  • Proven and robust communication and influencing skills

  • Strong track record in successfully communicating often complex ideas in a compelling manner

  • Working within a specialist Reward function or CoE within a large organisation

  • Experience in dealing with change

  • Good technical, analysis and modelling skills
