Global Reward Manager

Oakleaf are working with a law firm on a Global Reward Manager role for an initial 3 month contract. This role will be responsible for the global salary review, variable pay to include bonuses and commission, benchmarking, benefits, recognition and well being.

  • Develops the firm's reward strategy and how to manage pay, ensuring programs are competitive and sustainable.

  • Leads the annual salary review and bonus process.

  • Job analysis and benchmarking as required.

  • Completion and submission of salary surveys and data requests (to include gender pay reporting).

  • Analysis of salary survey and benchmark data to pay decisions and advise firm on use of the data to support the firm's compensation strategy.

  • Leads the firm's benefits strategy (to include pensions) and responsible for the day to day management of all benefit plans.

The successful candidate will have

  • Experience of analysing data, including strong excel skills.

  • Sound knowledge of compensation and risk benefits) credible and proven track record of success within the Reward field.

  • Detailed knowledge of relevant legislation around benefits schemes - including pensions legislation (defined contribution and defined benefit schemes).

  • Numerate, analytical, attention to detail, methodical, good time management and project management skills.

  • Experience of conducting equal pay analysis.
