Global Reward Manager
Oakleaf are working with a law firm on a Global Reward Manager role for an initial 3 month contract. This role will be responsible for the global salary review, variable pay to include bonuses and commission, benchmarking, benefits, recognition and well being.
Develops the firm's reward strategy and how to manage pay, ensuring programs are competitive and sustainable.
Leads the annual salary review and bonus process.
Job analysis and benchmarking as required.
Completion and submission of salary surveys and data requests (to include gender pay reporting).
Analysis of salary survey and benchmark data to pay decisions and advise firm on use of the data to support the firm's compensation strategy.
Leads the firm's benefits strategy (to include pensions) and responsible for the day to day management of all benefit plans.
The successful candidate will have
Experience of analysing data, including strong excel skills.
Sound knowledge of compensation and risk benefits) credible and proven track record of success within the Reward field.
Detailed knowledge of relevant legislation around benefits schemes - including pensions legislation (defined contribution and defined benefit schemes).
Numerate, analytical, attention to detail, methodical, good time management and project management skills.
Experience of conducting equal pay analysis.
