HR Assistant

Central London

I am recruiting for a 12-month HR Assistant opportunity for a Scandinavian Investment Firm based in Central London. This role involves supporting 2 HR Business Partners who support the organizations Corporates and Financial Institutions division.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the HR database and (ADP) payroll system

  • Producing department documentation, including leaver letters and references

  • Managing background checks and screenings for prospective employees and employees captured under the Certification Regime

  • Supporting employees with general queries relating to payroll, benefits, company credit cards and employee relation matters

  • Co-ordinating work experience placements and internships

  • Generalist HR support around ongoing HR transformation projects

Skills:

  • 1 + HR experience within financial or professional services

  • Degree / CIPD educated

  • Proactive and innovative work approach

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good MS Office skills
