To do so, they are recruiting a brilliant Head of Sales Recruitment to join their Italian offices in Rome, manage a team of 10+ recruiters, and lead the business towards an ambitious goal of doubling the Italian headcount by mid-2020!
Supporting the Italian population, you will act as the point of contact and trusted advisor to business directors and other senior leaders relating to Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives with the ultimate goal of partnering with the business on all levels. Acting as an internal consultant, you will play a key role in all stages of the recruitment cycle: consulting the business, sourcing & delivery, evaluation of TA methodologies and strategies and much more.
We are looking for a truly tech-savvy recrutiment expert that can work cross functionally within the business and have an impact in supporting the business by facilitating senior stakeholders in transforming and expanding their business functions.
You will be deeply passionate and have substantial previous experience in high-volume recruitment of Sales/Commercial profiles in a global matrix-based organization, and will be very familiar with managing large teams.
