HR Payroll and Reward Specialist

Your new company
Our client based in central Oxford are looking for an experienced HR Payroll and Reward Specialist to assist them through a period of change within the business. This is a great opportunity to work with a fast growing, international organisation on a fixed term contract basis.

Your new role
As HR Payroll and Reward Specialist you will be assisting the HR Manager and Director win the management of the annual pay review and bonus process. you will also be responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll provider for Europe. You will also play a key part in the implementation of the new HRIS.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position you will have previous experience of working in an operational; Reward and Payroll position. You will have a solid background in generalist HR and have a good understanding of employment law and legislation.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a generous annual salary of up to £35,000 pro rata, dependant upon your experience. You will also be entitled to a great benefits package. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a really exciting organisation.
