Recruitment Advisor - Leeds

I am looking for a recruitment coordinator to join a well known professional services organisation. Due to the growth of the regional teams a recruitment presence is required in the Leeds office of this firm. You will have overall responsibility for the end to end recruitment process for a range of internal roles. You will form an essential part of the wider HR team and have the following responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the wider business to assess recruitment needs, formulate job descriptions and advise on best sourcing methods
  • Advertising roles and screening applications
  • Working closely with agencies to provide clear job briefs, negotiate terms and ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Ensure an up to date preferred supplier list is maintained
  • Organising interviews and co-ordinating the feedback and offer process
  • Act as the first point of contact for any recruitment queries
  • Maintain the ATS system

Requirements:

Experience working with the professional services sector

Experience working with a recruitment coordinator position

Ability to communicate well at all levels

Experience of using an ATS

Experience of using social media to enhance recruitment
