Interim HR Assistant - London - Sales Company - £12 - £16 per hour - Temp to perm opportunity

Your new company
You will be working in a energetic, fast-paced sales company as a HR assistant supporting the wider HR team with all the core generalist duties.

Your new role
You will be working with a supportive HR team and be actively in charge of managing all generalist HR duties. This will include being in charge of liaising any adjustments with payroll, on-boarding of all new starters and executing exit interviews with leavers. You will be in charge of all HR administrator duties and be ready to hit the ground running. There is the potential to get involved in many other aspects of HR depending on how well you manage the generalist duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced HR assistant who is efficient and organised. You will need to be CIPD/degree qualified and have prior experience working within a fast-paced company. You will be familiar with utilising a HR system. You will need to be confident being the first point of contact and dealing with senior employees within the company.
