HR Assistant


Payroll & Benefits

  • Responsible for delivery of payroll for London and overseas offices
  • Responsible for benefits administration (Pension, Private Medical Insurance etc.) for London and overseas offices
  • Ensure new starter information and HRIS input is provided in line with payroll and benefits cycle

HR Data & Systems

  • Responsible for inputting and maintaining the HRIS with relevant employee details
  • HRIS reporting - running routine reports when required, writing and developing bespoke reports
  • Maintain HR dashboard and trackers
  • Provide HR MI when required e.g. for Investor Relations, Management Meetings, Committees, Board Packs
  • Performance Management system maintenance (adding new users, updating when appropriate) and reporting
  • Assist Recruiter with Application Tracking System maintenance and reporting
  • Keep contractor, consultant and temporary worker trackers up to date

HR Administration

  • Prepare HR documents - contracts, offer letters, employee letters (e.g. maternity, leaver letters) and keep templates up to date
  • Keep organisational chart up-to-date
  • Manage on-boarding process for new starters - sending out offer packs, initiating new hires checks, IT forms and inductions meetings
  • Manage external reference requests
  • Create and maintain electronic employee files, ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Answering routine employee queries

Recruitment Support

  • Sending out numerical tests
  • Interview scheduling support when required
