Group HR Operations Project Manager

As a HR and Payroll Project Manager you will report into the Group Head of HR Operations. This role is responsible for delivering various HR change projects across the business. A large part of this role will be to integrate a large payroll system into the group HR function.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the HR projects relating to process and systems within the HR transformation. You will be responsible to help deliver the payroll initiatives into various locations.

Lead on the global payroll project, liaise with vendors and external stakeholders in order to create a best practice within the organisation.

Line management responsibility to the HR Systems team and ensure they are delivering in a timely and organised manner.

Maintain and bolster key relationships with global stake holders across the board to ensure payroll project is successfully deployed.

Ensure that strong payroll and HR governance is in place to ensure all KPI's are met.

Work closely with the commercial teams to deliver various ad-hoc projects related to mergers and acquisitions.

Your Skills:

Strong HR Operations and Payroll experience.

Proven track record of implementing large international payroll systems

Success Factors is highly desirable.

Experience in building relationships with external payroll vendors is desirable.

This is an exciting role to work for an ever growing international organisation with new offices based in Central London. Salary paying £70,000 + Benefits.
