Assistant HR Business Partner


Your new company
Our financial services company is recruiting for an Assistant HR Business Partner to work in their growing HR team until December 2019 whilst supporting a restructure.

Your new role
As an Assistant HR Business Partner you will be managing sickness, performance and capability, giving advice to managers and attending meetings and escalating where appropriate. You will be supporting the manager and administrating the process for occupational health, maternity, shared parental leave etc. you will also be assisting with recruitment and advice on HR policy and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you need proven experience within a HR role along with experience with supporting with employee relations and recruitment.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an hourly rate of £15.65 (full-time, permanent equivalent salary of £28,482), pension and annual leave.
