Professional Services firm
A professional services firm in central Leeds are seeking a HR Advisor to support their business. Part of a wider team, you will assist stakeholders across the full generalist.
This is a mid-sized law firm working with cross-sector clients across the UK. They have a high performance culture and recruit commercially focused, highly skilled people for their business. You will join a very supportive HR team but be able to work autonomously as the only regionally based HR Advisor.
Based in the city centre, you will work in conjunction with the HR Managers to support stakeholders in three sites. In this generalist role, you will give expert advise in all areas with an emphasis on ER and recruitment but also work on projects as they come up.
To be considered for this role you will:
Have experience as a HR Advisor in a professional services firm
Have generalist HR expertise across the full employee life-cycle
Have expert Employment Law knowledge
Able to work autonomously and away from the HR team in a new role
Be able to coach senior managers
Be CIPD qualified
