6 month Talent Acquisition consultant for a exciting, consumer SME with ambitious growth plans for 2019!

Client Details

SME consumer start-up based in Farringdon.

Description

  • Successfully identify, attract and secure top talent through direct sourcing: using LinkedIn, direct concentrated approaches, job boards, databases, internal and external referral networks, etc.

  • Be personally responsible for the hiring needs, using all available resources and tools to meet the demands

  • Working with the business to understand recruitment demand and develop talent pools accordingly

  • Use innovative, proactive and targeted approaches to hire the very best candidates in their respective fields

  • Longlist & shortlist candidates via telephone screenings and/or face-to-face meetings prior to presenting hiring managers with a qualified shortlist

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, driving the end-to-end recruitment process from inception to close

  • You will be accountable for ensuring a world-class client and candidate experience for everyone within the recruitment cycle by building strong professional relationships internally and externally

  • You will be coach stakeholders and hiring managers to help maximise recruitment success and ensure we bring in the right talent

  • Effectively manage external recruitment firms (where appropriate and necessary)

Profile

  • Extensive experience with a recruitment agency or in-house within a top-tier consumer products company with examples of the companies you've worked with and the calibre of talent you've sourced and placed

  • Experience recruiting a broad spectrum of roles, front office and/ or functional groups

  • Extensive experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment process

  • Previous experience of thinking creatively in searching for and attracting new candidate, and developing the overall recruitment process

  • Experience in pro-actively identifying, approaching, attracting and securing passive candidates

  • Previously demonstrated excellent stakeholder management and engagement, with high customer satisfaction

  • Extensive experience qualifying roles with senior stakeholders to create relevant and appropriate job descriptions

  • Previous experience of using an ATS/candidate database ideal (e.g. Workable)

  • Organised with a strong ability to plan and prioritise

  • Ability to work fast, but with extremely high quality

  • Multi-tasker, capable of juggling a number of priorities

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills
