Reward Officer

My client, a large highly recognisable national charity has an opportunity for a Reward Officer to join their team. The role sits within the wider HR team and offers a fantastic opportunity to the right candidate to work for an organisation that prides itself on really making a difference to people in the community.

As a Reward Officer your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting on the annual pay review, benchmarking and job grading

  • Helping to develop the reward strategy

  • Working on a number of reward projects throughout the year

  • Assisting with and developing the companies benefits offering
