Group Reward Coordinator

Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a FTSE 100 FMCG business in the Central London. We are looking for a Group Reward Coordinator to join their growing team.

As a Group Reward Coordinator you will have a number of responsibilities including:

  • Supporting the reward team with annual projects

  • Assisting with remuneration benchmarking, incentive and share schemes

  • Administration work including organising reward networking events and meetings

We are looking for someone who ideally has some reward experience however we will consider HR candidates who are looking to move into reward. You must have good Excel skills and be a strong communicator.
