A global leading real estate firm is looking for a Talent & Learning Manager to join their team.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and own CBRE's Next Generation & Future Leaders development programmes
Partner with the firms next generation recruitment team to lead and ensure a smooth and seamless induction into all programmes
Partner with HRBPs and Business Service Line Heads to review current and future development needs
Build and develop a deep understanding of all potential standards associated with each current and future programme
Provide a successful learning and development offering to all programme participants
Working with the Talent Manager to build and deliver a line management support programme
Own and lead onboarding phase for each programme
This person will:
Be driven to deliver
Strong graduate recruitment and development experience
Partnered with and recruited training providers and external vendors in the past
Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
Must be used to working as part of a team
