Junior HR Business Partner with Employee Relations and wider project work and strategic input.

A successful financial services business in Coventry with long-standing reputation with its customers.


As Junior HR Business you play a key role on the HR team and your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with HR Business Partners on complex cases and providing HR Support on the full range of generalist HR activities.

- Working with stakeholders across the Business including projects.

- Working with the wider team in the planning and delivery of the people strategy, in line with the Business startegy.

- Porviding guidance and coaching to senior leaders.


To be considered for this role you will possess a proven level of exprtise as a Junior HRBP for HR Advisor with a strong leaning towards Employee Relations. Examplary stakeholer management and relationship-building skills are a must as well as a pro-active and solutions-focused approach.

This role will suit an experienced individual looking for new opportunties to develop and grow their career in HR as part of a high-performing team.

Job Offer

Up to £42,000 per annum
