Permanent HR Manager job available up to £45k + CA
We have a great opportunity to work for one of the the UK's leading building materials companies in the capacity of HR Manager. The business are a large scale business with approximately 400 sites across the UK which range in size. HR wise the business have approximately 100 employees within the full and wider HR team. This role will be responsible for the North West region and report into the Senior HR Manager for the region. Some of the sites will be heavily unionised so this experience is also useful. In terms of the remit for this role you will be responsible for approximately 350 heads across 14 sites which range in sizes with a real mix of job titles, levels and skills bases with both blue and white collar workers. The locations of the sites are mainly North West and from Manchester areas to mid wales with occasional trips to Leicester. The role will require the post holder to be based in the main site (salford) for 2 days then out on the road for probably 3 days per week. The role is a full generalist position and you will be responsible for everything from employee relations, employee engagement, D & I, talent, recruitment and other various strategies that are running through the business.
Essential experience Level 5 CIPD
Multi site experience
Strong stakeholder management experience
Experience of up-skilling managers on ER and policies Good generalist experience
