Right now, we are undergoing intense transformational change making it a really exciting time to join our Resourcing team.

As a Resourcing Adviser, you will work closely with a friendly Resourcing team where everyone plays a vital role recruiting for our future. You’ll be heavily candidate focused, making sure we have sufficient numbers of candidates with the right skills, and providing them with a positive candidate experience, always.

You will have some prior experience in a recruitment focused role, be social media savvy and interested in the latest technical developments in recruitment.

We’re looking for knowledge and understanding of:

  • Screening and qualifying candidates

  • Recruitment processes

  • Assessment and selection methods

  • Resourcing systems

  • How to promote good Equality and Diversity practice

  • Recruitment legislation

  • Employer Branding & Employee Value Propositions

  • How to write engaging adverts and identify the best sourcing channels to use

  • Strong awareness of social media channels and their use for recruitment, ideally with experience of content generation.
